Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, architectural renderings, logos) is protected. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Renderings and visuals are non-contractual and may evolve during the project.

Personal data

The website forms — Contact and Invest pages — collect your name, email address and phone number, all three required, along with an optional message. Nothing else is asked of you.

This information is used solely to answer your commercial enquiry: to get back to you, answer your questions and send you the project material you ask for.

On submission, it is sent by email to contact@zafaraplazza.com, the sales office mailbox. Should that fail, the website offers to pass your enquiry on through WhatsApp: the message is then sent from your own device, at your initiative, and the information travels through WhatsApp.

It is accessible to the ZAFARA PLAZZA sales team and to the Reliance West Africa group, the project developer and data controller. Your information is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties. It is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your commercial enquiry.

The website uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie: your visit triggers no request to any third-party service. A single technical cookie remembers the language you selected, and your browser keeps on your device the fact that a welcome message has been shown, so it is not shown to you twice on the same day. Neither is sent to us and neither can identify you.

The form contains a hidden field meant to filter out automated submissions by bots. It collects no information about you.
