The project is led by the Reliance West Africa group with SONATUR, which will move its head office here. And whatever you buy here, it is yours: land title and title deed in your name — property you pass on, resell, or pledge as security.

You own a share of a working 5-star hotel in Ouagadougou: 175 keys from level 8 to level 20, a panoramic restaurant, a conference centre, and the serviced apartments of building E with their hotel services and their oval pool, cantilevered out over the edge on level 7. ZAFARA PLAZZA SA runs the operation under a management mandate: filling the rooms, welcoming the guests and maintaining the building are its trade. You receive the income. 10% net per year, guaranteed for ten years, on the units in buildings E and H. The title is in your name: you can resell it, pass it on, or pledge it as security. The apartments in buildings A to D — light wood flooring, veined white marble, full-height glazing, opposite the National Heroes Monument — are delivered 12 months after you sign. The hotel units in buildings E and H, run by ZAFARA PLAZZA SA, within 36 months. The 44 shops open at street level, onto the avenue. In all three cases, land title and title deed in your name.
