We are building 48,000 m²: 312 properties for sale off plan. 75 apartments of 114 to 214 m², 18 serviced apartments, 175 rooms and suites of a 5-star hotel, and 44 shops. Add a 400-seat hall, 324 parking spaces and 3,375 m² of gardens, a quarter of the site.
The address: opposite the National Heroes Monument, in Ouaga 2000, among the ministries, the embassies and the corporate head offices. The plot is bordered by four paved roads: you can reach it from every side.

Land title and title deed in your name
The complex has its own backup power supply: if the grid goes down, a backup source takes over. In Ouagadougou, that question comes before all the others.
The project is led by the Reliance West Africa group with SONATUR, which is building its head office here. And whatever you buy here, it is yours: land title and title deed in your name. You can resell it, pass it on, or pledge it as security.

10% net per year, guaranteed for ten years, on the hotel properties in buildings E and H
You own a share of a working 5-star hotel in Ouagadougou: 175 rooms and suites from the 8th to the 20th floor, a panoramic restaurant, a conference centre, and the serviced apartments of building E with their hotel services. ZAFARA PLAZZA SA runs the hotel and pays you the income: everything is written into your contract. The title is in your name: you can resell it, pass it on, or pledge it as security. Delivery: 36 months after signature.

Where the name comes from
Zafar · Fare · Plazza
The name starts at home. In Mooré, “zakã”: the house, the family compound. In Dioula, “fara”: solidity, strength, expertise. ZA-FARA: the solid house. In Arabic, “Zafar” adds victory and triumph. And “Plazza” anchors the project in the modernity of a public square. That is what we are building in Ouaga 2000.
